Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with True Ceylon Naturals.
Last updated: October 2026
True Ceylon Naturals LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a spice supplier and do not sell products or take payments online.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms:
- Contact & enquiries — your name, email address, phone number, company/business name, and the details of your message or request (products, quantities and timing).
- Technical data — a basic server record such as your IP address, kept for security and spam prevention.
- Cookies — we use a single essential session cookie, only on our enquiry forms, to protect them from misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To communicate with you about your request and our products.
- To keep our website secure and prevent abuse of our forms.
We do not take online payments and we do not collect card or bank details through this site.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it where necessary to operate the site — for example, our email delivery provider used to send and receive enquiry messages. We may disclose information if required by law.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries are stored securely in our systems and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, or as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.
Your choices and rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
